A good natural fat burner is exercise. Physical exertion requires energy which is taken from bodily stores like fat. Dietary fiber is technically a fat burner although it does not actually burn fat. Rather, ingested fiber traps fat and prevents it from entering the blood. Also, sources dietary fiber, mostly vegetables, helps reduce appetite because of bulk which induces the feeling of fullness with less actual food.
