Not that Good Investment
What else could come into our minds when we think about summer time. Of course it’s all about a holiday vacations, outings and swimming. Those reasons made my father think about investing on a property to earn and have business. My uncle told my father about resolving my father’s timeshare. The owners of the management company earns more with the property but not the investors. A business minded person like my father is unhappy with that. Investing is a good business but not all investments are good.
To explain further about timeshare, it is a joint ownership or lease of a holiday property by many people who all live in the property for a fixed period of time. Timeshare owners own a specific week during the year of a property they have bought. This type of property is not a good investment because you can’t expect that the value would go up. It’s like purchasing something that you plan to resale but can sell it at much lower price. Who would like something like that as a business? More consumers are unhappy with it because of the lots of spams and false promises that go along with them. We should always think twice when we are planning to invest on a property and make it as your business for a period of time.
